We recommend that your new Prosthetic Eye has a polished every four-six months.

This removes any proteins your body produces and also any small scratches the prosthesis may have. A polish will help promote a healthy socket and will also help with motility of the prosthesis and your eye lids. This is also a great opportunity for us to access how the prosthesis is fitting and how your socket is looking and feeling.
